Bean Pâté
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) beans (such as white beans, black beans, or chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cooked onions (sautéed until soft)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or any herbs of your choice)
